Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
1 garlic clove
2 minced shallots or green onions
1 teaspoon basil, thyme, or oregano, minced
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and let set for at least 2 hours before serving.
